We are committed to hiring the best candidates with the right values for our company. We will introduce recruitment approaches to ensure that the candidate pool from which we recruit maximises our opportunity for diversity.


We will focus on specific local actions

Our program, Maru Cares, is actioned at a local level. Each of our global offices will focus efforts on initiatives that foster Diversity, Inclusivity and Belonging, creating a culture that adequately reflects the diverse society we operate in.


We will focus on transparency

We will regularly publish our progress against these initiatives to all staff.
